Its a easy recipe for Baguettes. I made them for New Years and they all loved them. So following the recipe:
2 pack dry yeast
300ml warm water
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. When all mixed kneat the dough with your hands. Cover the dough and let rise for 1 hr.
Kneat again and mold 3 balls same size, wrap in plastic and let rest for 10 mins.
And once again kneat them and mold to sausages (or however you want them to look at the end) If thickness and size is reached, wrap in plastic again and let rest for another hour.
Remove the wrap, place bowl with hot water on the bottom of the oven and bake Baguettes for 20mins on 392° F
