A “great-weather”-Cake as well… With delicious sunny blueberries and cookies. Following the recipe:
500gr low fat curd cheese
300gr whipped cream
12 sheets white gelatin
2 pack lemon zest
Crumble the ladyfingers and mix with the melted butter. Place in a spring form and press against the bottom of it. Let cool for a bit.
Meanwhile you can start with the cream mixture. Soak gelatin in cold water, squeeze and liquidate in hot lemonjuice.
Wash and puree the blueberries and mix with the other ingredients. Last the gelatin. Place on biskuit and refridgerate for at least 3hrs. Decorate and enjoy 🙂
