Meaty Crepes Philippine Style

wp-1488222735031.jpgA little special meal taking a little time and work. But its definitely worth it.  Mhhhhh


For the dough:

  • 300gr flour
  • 20gr cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 6 egg
  • 500ml milk
  • 100gr melted butter

For the stuffing:

  •  200gr green beans
  • 200gr carotts
  • 2 small leeks
  • 2 cans bamboo shoots
  • 500gr beef filet
  • some iceberg

For the sauce:

  •  50gr sugar
  • 3tbsp soysauce
  • 350ml vegetable stock
  • 3tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1tsp salt
  • 2 cans creme fraiche



Mix all ingredients for the dough in a bowl and let rest for about 40mins. Afterwards bake crepes with it.cymera_20170227_190953.jpg


Slice veggies and beef in small stripes. Fry the filet and add the veggies after a bit. Place some iceberg leaves on the crepes, then the meat-veggie mix. Roll it up. cymera_20170227_190806.jpg


Let sugar, soysauce, veggie stock, vinegar and salt boil for a few minutes until it become a little thicker. Add the creme fraiche and serve warm with the stuffed crepes. cymera_20170227_190911.jpg
