I love dark chocolate. You can use any chocolate you want for this one. Here is my choice…
- 800gr dark cooking chocolate
- 250ml milk
- 1 bottle vanilla essence
- 250ml whipped cream
- 5 eggs
Melt the chocolate with the milk in a bain-marie.
Seperate the eggs. Whisk the egg-yolk with the vanilla and the chocolate.
Beat the egg-whites and mix with the whipped cream.
Refrigerate over night and enjoy 🙂
