Yeast Rolls

20161218_133357.jpgThe classic brioche in muffin size. Lovely with jam or dipping in chocolate-milk

 

Ingredients:

  • 3tbsp shortening
  • 4tbsp sugar
  • 500ml hot water
  • 2pack dry yeast
  • 2 eggs
  • 1tsp salt
  • 500gr flour

 

Mix all ingredients and allow dough to rise to double size.

Fill the dough in muffin cups and bake for around 10mins in 200°C

They taste amazing when still warm
