A meal I could eat daily. Especially if the cheese-crust is crispy. Yumm so delicious…
- 600gr minced meat
- 1 onion
- 3-4 carrots
- 2 courgettes
- 2 cans chopped tomatoes
- 500ml milk
- 30gr butter
- 40gr flour
- 300gr Lasagnasheets
- some lemon juice
- salt, pepper, chili, nutmeg, garlic
- 2 bag grated cheese
- extra butter
Dice onion, carrots and courgettes. Fry the onions in a pan with oil and add the meat. Next add the courgettes, carrots, chopped tomatoes and spices(salt, pepper, chili, garlic). Let boil on low heat.
Melt butter and add the flour and milk, whisk until creamy. Let boil on low heat for about 30mins. Add salt, pepper, nutmeg and some lemon juice.
Now place a layer of the ragu in a casserole form, then a layer lasagna sheets, sauce, ragu, sheets, sauce, cheese. On top place some butter pieces for the crispy crust.
Bake the lasagna on 180°C until the crust is gold-brown-ish…
