An wonderfully delicious classic that is prepared quite fast…
- 250gr flour
- 100gr butter
- 1 egg
- 200gr pancetta
- 1 onion
- 1 small leek
- 4 eggs
- 250ml fresh cream
- salt, pepper
For the dough knead the flour with butter, 1 egg and some salt. Set aside.
In a pan fry the diced onion and pancetta. Half the leek alongside and slice it. Add to the pan. Fry the mix well and season with salt and pepper.
Roll out the dough and lay in the tart-form, press a little to the form.
Mix the 4 eggs with the fresh cream and flavor with salt and pepper. Add it to the pan and pour the mix over the dough.
Bake at 175°C for about 25mins
