Green Sauce in irish


The classic from Frankfurt a little different. I couldnt get all the herbs I needed in Ireland – so I had to improvise…


  • 1 bunch dill
  • 1 bunch chives
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 1 bunch garden parsleyPSX_20170418_091929
  • 1 pack cress
  • 1 bunch chervil
  • some rocket leaves
  • if wished some tarragon
  • 500ml creme fraiche
  • 1tbsp lemon juice
  • 4 eggs,. hard boiled
  • 2tbsp coarse mustard
  • salt, pepper

Mix all ingredients in a big bowl and puree them until you have a nice grainy sauce. Season with salt and pepper and serve with potatoes and eggs. Mhhhhhhh so delicious 😉
