Wholegrain Bread

20161108_191752.jpgA bread I first baked for my mom who has a lactose- and fructose intolerance. So its very healthy and the crust is so wonderfully crispy

Ingredients:

  • 2 pack dried yeast
  • 450ml warm water
  • 500gr whole grain flour
  • 50gr oats
  • 50gr flax seeds
  • 50gr buckwheat
  • 2tbsp salt
  • 2tbsp white wine vinegar

 

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Place in a baking form and bake at 200°C for approx. 60mins.
