Chili con Carne

  • 600gr minced meat
  • 250gr kidney beans
  • 250gr sweet corn
  • 800gr chopped tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  •  salt, garlic, cumin, chili, cayenne


Fry diced onion in a big pot with some oil, add the meat and fry well done.

Release juice of corn and beans and add them, the chopped tomatoes including sauce as well. Mix it well and season the chili.

Let boil on low heat for approx 30mins.

If necessary season again and service with bread or rice.
