One of the best ways for leftover Melon… A nice and fresh Pasta-Salad perfect for the spring or summer – maybe for a garden party?!
- 1/2 Melon
- 400gr Feta
- 500gr Farfalle
- 75gr Rocket Salad
- 3tbsp Walnut oil
- 2tsp Crema di Balsamico
- salt, pepper
Cook the pasta in lightly salted water. When done quench the pasta.
While letting the Farfalle cool down, dice the melon and the feta. Mix in a big bowl, add the rocket salad and season with walnut oil, balsamico, salt and pepper.
Enjoy… best with some fresh bread aside ❤
