Oriental Bulgur

PSX_20170522_101331A very delicious salad, healthy and spicy with a hint of sweetness…


  • 500 gr bulgur
  • 750 ml water
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 4 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 can chopped tomatoes
  • ½ cucumber
  • 250 gr raisins
  • 1 onion
  • salt, pepper, garlic, chili flakes, mint, parsley


Bring the bulgur with water, lemon juice and soy sauce to a boil. Let rest. Dice the onion and the cucumber. Add with the tomatoes and the raisins to a salad bowl.

Mix the cooled bulgur with all ingredients in the bowl and season with salt, pepper, mint, garlic, chili and parsley. Store in the fridge until ready to eat.
