Ricotta Veggie Pizza

For the dough:

  • 500 gr whole grain flour
  • 3 pack dry yeast
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 6 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • 230 ml hot water PSX_20170609_200108


For the topping:

  • 250 gr ricotta
  • 5 tbsp milk
  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 green bell peppers
  • parmesan
  • Salt, pepper
  • basil, olive oil




Mix all ingredients in a big bowl. Knead the dough and let rise for at least 1 hr (maybe overnight)

Mix the ricotta with the milk, some parmesan, salt and pepper. Spread on the pizza dough.

Slice the zucchini with a mandolin slicer, cut the peppers in stripes and add it to the pizza. Now top it with grated parmesan, some freshly ground black pepper, basil and a few drops olive oil.


Bake at 200°C for about 20 mins.
