A very delicious classic cake…
- 250 gr butter
- 5 eggs
- 250 gr confectioners sugar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 300 gr yogurt
- 400 gr flour
- 2 bottles vanilla essence
- some unsweetened cocoa powder
Melt the butter first. Then separate the eggs and mix the egg yolk with the butter. Add confectioners sugar and yogurt. Bit for bit blend in the flour and the baking soda.
Beat the egg white and fold into the dough.
Halve the dough. Mix one half with the vanilla essence and the other half with the cocoa powder. Now fill the dough in a “bundt cake” bun and marble the cake with a fork.
Bake at 150°C for around 50 mins.
