Farfalle Grape Salad

PSX_20170521_125529-1A very fresh and delicous Summer salad… Perfect as side for a bbq


  • 500 gr Farfalle
  • 1 Head Broccoli
  • 500 gr red grapes
  • some white wine vinegar
  • 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • salt, pepper


Boil the Farfalle and stop the cooking with cold water.

Cook the Broccoli as well and let cool down. Mix with the pasta and the halves grapes.

In a extra bowl mix the vinegar with mayo, salt and pepper.

Add the Sauce to the pasta mix and stir well. Now it is ready to serve.
