Spinach Cannelloni

PSX_20170723_215803I really am trying to eat a bit healthier… but gosh all that good food. So I am trying to combine them now 😉


  • 350 gr Cannelloni
  • 1 onion
  • 800 gr Spinach
  • 250 gr Crème fraiche
  • 100 gr pine nuts
  • 150 gr pancetta cubes
  • 2 packs grated Mozzarella
  • Salt, Pepper, Nutmeg


Fry the diced onion in a pan with some oil. Add the pancetta, then the spinach, the crème fraiche and the pine nuts. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

Stuff the Cannelloni with the spinach mix and put in a oven form, top with the Mozzarella and bake at 200°C for about 30 mins.
