I already loved that meal when made by my mom… now its my turn.
- 4 bell peppers
- 1 cup rice
- 2 cups water
- 500 gr minced meat
- some tomato puree
- salt, pepper, paprika
Fry the rice in some oil, add the 2 cups water and some salt. Cook on medium heat until soft. Season the minced meat and mix it with the rice.
Cave the peppers and stuff them with the rice – meat – mix. Put the stuffed peppers in a pot ¼ filled with salted water (to cover half size of the peppers) and let it simmer until the meat is well done.
Add the tomato puree to the water and season with salt, pepper, paprika. Serve with the bell peppers.
